On behalf of TS3, I would like to thank M/S STORM PROTECTION for the very good security services they have provided to my temporary dormitories at Geylang Bahru, Tampines and Ang Mo Kio. STORM has been responsive, committed, and diligent. In addition, the security officers have taken on tasks beyond their security duties. STORM always respond promptly to manpower shortfall due to absenteeism and medical leave of their security officers. The security supervisors are usually proactive to update the dormitory managers of the shortfall and never failed to assign replacement officers in good time. STORM always responds well to last minutes requests for additional and/or re-deployment of security officers. Security officers on the ground performed to an acceptable standard of knowledge and aptitude. They also perform additional tasks of ensuring good behaviour of migrant workers during meal distribution and looking out and reporting of building defects during their patrol rounds. STORM management regularly visit the dormitories and works closely with the dormitory managers. The mutual exchanges of ground observations and resolution of issues have been regular and healthy and have obviously enhanced the overall security operations. It has been a positive and satisfactory experience with STORM Protection.

On 16th August 2020, the perimeter fence separating our site and the HDB block collapsed. MA’s dormitory assistant Fazal, together with the help of Storm’s security officers, even though it was not in their job scope, went out of their way to solve and contain the problem instantly. With much ingenuity, make shift pipes and ropes, they propped up the fence which is about 3m high. It was also leaning into the HDB walk way, which became dangerous for members of the public.<br> A special shout out to Di Di, Kamsani and Rahmat.<br> On behalf of the MA team here at Former Ang Mo Kio ITE, I would like to thank them for their efforts.
